This black poncho has cord drawstrings (13" long) with black plastic bell-shaped ends and a 2 1/2" high neck.
It has 2 1/2" long by 1/2" wide fringes.
There is no fabric tag, but it is very soft and feels like a fleece.
It has a 3 1/2" long thin V opening below the neckline.
