This vintage black straw hat has a black velvet ribbon interwoven on the side of the hat.
The upper velvet strap extends 6" and the lower one extends 4 1/2".
The black netting extends 7" downward in the front with 16" net sides with little black velvet ends, which tie in the back of your head.
It's from a stylist's inventory, and was worn in a movie.
