This vintage barrette was made in France and has four metal balloon-shaped pieces in a silver-tone antique metal (we think it's tin since it's thin).
The designs, large and small, are elevated and look like stylized flowers.
At the bottom of each is a metal loop with a ring attached holding 3 mini bells on each.
It has a metal back closure.
There is some oxidation.
It has an East Indian feel to it.
It was used in a swimwear photo shoot.
