This black velvet strapless long dress is by Victor Costa for Saks Fifth Avenue and was made in the USA.
It's 65% acetate and 35% rayon and has a back 12 1/4" long zipper with a top eyehook closure and one in the middle by the gold cording.
There is a gold metallic design on the front bodice with gold-tone metallic cording all the way around the top opening and the waist area.
There are 10" long metal vertical stays on each side by the bust area and 7 1/2" long vertical stays on each side seam.
The skirt area flows outward at the bottom sides.
The bodice has a dark brown synthetic lining and the skirt has a full golden coppery-red lining.
It's from a former French model who used to wear a size 0/2.
She now wears a size 6.
