This vintage black Italian alligator pattern calfskin belt is by Linda Allard for Ellen Tracy.
It has a "well-loved" silver-tone prong, ridged buckle, loop, and tip, which were made in Spain.
It's quite heavy, and it looks like it's either silver-plated or silver.
It's from a New York model.
